Many of our clients have their own marketing department, which is also responsible for creating the design for self-adhesive label prints. In such cases, collaboration mainly involves preparing the labels for production.

The use of adhesive film as a substrate, as opposed to adhesive paper, provides much greater resistance to abrasion and protection against weather conditions. This makes labelling products in this way sensible even for products with a lifespan of several years.

However, if our clients only have an idea, we can offer our support in label design with logo. We already have extensive experience in this area and can provide assistance. The project preparation also includes determining the most suitable dimensions and shapes for the label, choosing the printing technology, and selecting the type of substrate.

  • label shape,
  • colours,
  • type of self-adhesive label substrate,
  • production run of labels.

All this information is needed to estimate printing costs and determine the price of the stickers. We do not have a set price list here, as there are many production parameters to consider. It’s a bit more challenging, but more beneficial for the customer when we approach each quote individually.

At this stage, it’s time for the client to approve our arrangements. We then send a sample design of the custom sticker for approval.

It is very common for us to prepare a pre-production sample of the finished self-adhesive label. For our clients, it is very important that they can check the properties of the stickers themselves, see the colours in person, and ensure that the print quality is indeed always very high with us.

Production and quality control of labels.

In digital printing, the production itself usually doesn’t take long. Two to three days is typically the maximum production time for small and medium runs. We strive to accelerate this process as much as possible so that our clients can utilise this type of support, provided by printed self-adhesive labels, in their businesses as quickly as possible.

Custom designs, quick delivery, and high quality are the advantages of digitally prepared stickers made to order.

After the labels are produced, they are checked for print quality, colour accuracy, and cutting precision. Custom stickers printed on sheets are cut down to a size that facilitates safe shipping or a dimension agreed upon with the client.

We provide this type of labels in sheet form for self-labeling. The sheets cannot be used with label applicators, but this type of solution is primarily used for low and medium volume labeling. It is optimal in terms of cost, and the technology involved in the application process is not complicated.
