Double-sided stickers are an excellent way to convey information to customers in shops, service points, or restaurants. They provide even more space for advertising and offer owners significantly broader possibilities than traditional stickers. What sets this label apart, and what are its greatest advantages?
Double-sided stickers – how do they differ from classic stickers?
The main difference between double-sided and traditional stickers is that with the former, the print is also visible on the adhesive side. They are primarily designed for mounting on windows, and thanks to the special print, they are not transparent and ensure good visibility from either side.
Traditional window stickers allow recipients to see only a limited amount of information—only one side of the sticker is printed. Placing text and graphics on both sides offers twice the advertising space. With double-sided stickers, there is also the option to print the sticker only on the adhesive side—in this case, it is applied to the glass with the graphic facing out.

Double-sided stickers are used across various industries and service locations. Shop owners, pharmacies, retail outlets, and hospitality venues place them on display windows and entrance doors.
Stickers with graphics on the adhesive side are also commonly seen on car windows, such as taxis or company vehicles. They serve both an informational purpose—such as displaying a contact number—and an advertising function.
Thanks to the light-blocking layer, they can be installed in areas with high sunlight or lighting, such as illuminated displays in shopping malls.
Double-sided stickers – advantages
One of the main advantages of double-sided stickers is their wide range of applications. They are perfect for warning and informational signs on windows and shop displays. Because the stickers with graphics on the adhesive side can be installed from both the inside and outside of the glass, they are visible to viewers on either side.
Moreover, printing on both sides allows for conveying two pieces of information on the same label – a popular solution is the door sign “Push”/”Pull.” This is a unique way to advertise a brand or product – different markings on either side can yield significantly better results than a traditional sticker or poster.
The advantage of double-sided stickers is their ease of application—it takes just a few seconds. They are also exceptionally resistant to various weather conditions and mechanical damage, which is why they can be applied to the outside of a window as well. If they are additionally coated with laminate, their durability increases even further.
Double-sided stickers will be the perfect choice if you’re looking for an effective form of advertising or a way to communicate with customers but don’t want to stick various prints on both sides of the window.
