We have combined two materials that previously did not work well together. Flexible PVC with 3M adhesive film is an innovative pairing of two materials.

As a result, self-adhesive labels were created, which impress with their appearance and durability.

How are PVC rubber stickers made?

We achieved what no one has succeeded in doing before. We permanently combined SOFT PVC markings produced using micro-injection technology with a very strong 3M 468MP adhesive film.

As a result, a new type of logo signage has emerged. SOFT PVC rubber stickers with excellent durability, appearance, and adhesion properties.

They draw the best from PVC elastomers:

  • PVC material flexibility
  • the incredible precision of the smallest details
  • colour fastness (product dyed in mass)
  • water and chemical resistance
  • UV radiation resistance

How do we deliver SOFT PVC rubber stickers?

You will receive your finished labels prepared just like raised stickers using doming technology. This means they are laid out on a production sheet, making them ready for individual peeling and application to the product.

We design the shape of the sticker sides somewhat differently than soft PVC patches. This ensures that once applied, they look like emblems perfectly fitted to the product.

What is the production time for PVC stickers?

The production of PVC rubber stickers is a multi-stage process that takes about 3 – 4 weeks from placing the order.

What is the minimum production output?

We produce such elastomer stickers in minimum quantities of 250 pieces.
