How to prepare graphics for producing 3D stickers?

Sometimes you want to prepare a 3D sticker design yourself or through your own graphic designer. If you have that option, below you will find the settings that the files should have.

  • FILE FORMAT: if the graphic is vector, we recommend the CDR (Corel Draw) format, or PDF, EPS, AI. You can also use image formats such as TIFF, JPG, GIF.
  • FONTS: convert all to “curves”.
  • COLOURS: colour profile should be CMYK (for digital printing) or PANTONE (for screen printing).
  • RESOLUTION: minimum 300 DPI or higher.
  • PROJECT SCALE: 1:1 according to the dimensions of the 3D sticker.
  • BLEEDS: 2 mm on each side (when the graphic reaches the cutting line).
  • CUTTING LINE: mark with a distinct colour and round sharp edges by at least 1 mm.
