Round Rubber 3D Patch

The round black patch with the company logo is made from PVC material, which is similar to rubber and exhibits exceptional functional properties. A hallmark of its durability is that the non-toxic material withstands various types of mechanical stress and atmospheric conditions well. You can be assured that product branding will effectively advertise your brand for a long time, while maintaining its original appearance and colour intensity.

It’s worth adding that the minimum order quantity is just 100 pieces, making this option accessible even for smaller companies beginning their marketing activities. The production process utilises advanced technologies that allow for perfectly smooth surfaces and precise reproduction of even the smallest design elements. Patches can be sewn using the groove running around the patch.

White and Green Patch for Clothing.

The combination of two contrasting colours has created a remarkably interesting visual effect that attracts attention and builds brand recognition. On the raised patch made in 3D technology, multi-level three-dimensional layers are visible, creating a spatial depth effect.

The logo on the left side protrudes above the green background, creating a distinct colour contrast. The white base on the right side extends to an identical height, on which the highest layer is placed – precisely crafted letters with perfectly smooth edges. Around the entire insert, a characteristic technological groove is visible, through which thread will pass connecting it to the fabric, ensuring a durable and aesthetic connection with the base material.

Elongated PVC Insert – Durable Branding

The shape of the logo insert is also an unlimited field for designers and brand creators. In the presented example, the lower, narrower part is a special technological fragment that will be securely sewn into the product, ensuring stable attachment.

The second piece is a thicker rectangle with carefully bevelled sides, on which a high-legibility white company logo is executed in contrast. Only this upper part will be visible on the final product, creating an elegant element of visual identification. This construction allows for optimal use of advertising space whilst maintaining the functionality and durability of the entire element.

Velcro Patch – Quick Application

Velcro is a specialist tape with thousands of small hooks in its complex structure that mechanically attach to fabric, creating a strong yet detachable connection. Thanks to this unique property, it’s an extremely popular fastening material often used not only in patches. Velcro patches can be used to personalise sports, military, and technical clothing such as jackets, caps, and uniforms. They can also be attached to rucksacks and bags.

The example below is a round clothing patch with high-quality velcro covering the entire underside of the element. On the front side, precisely executed black inscriptions are visible, which have been carefully laser-cut into a uniform brown background, ensuring excellent legibility and a professional appearance. The velcro system enables quick application and removal of the patch without damaging the base fabric.
