Self-adhesive Sticker Quality

Thanks to highly precise UV digital printing machines, we can offer high-quality self-adhesive labels on rolls. The printer uses very small ink droplets (2 pl) at 1200 dpi resolution and produces excellent tonal transition prints in any colour.

When ordering labels, it’s worth choosing additional finishing options that will protect the print. Varnishing or an optional laminate is an excellent way to improve their durability, and makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use on any flat surface.

Print Personalisation

Labels are a great way to mark large quantities of products affordably. And since stickers are applied to various types of items, you may need personalised printing. This won’t be a problem for us. We can print various variable data within a print run, such as numbers, QR codes, or barcodes.

Adhesive Labels Production

The minimum run of adhesive stickers we’ll produce for you is 500 pieces. Placing a larger order will result in a lower unit price. It’s therefore worth considering the size of your order. You can be certain that you won’t suddenly run out of stickers. Order fulfilment time is approximately 5-6 working days.

Printing On Paper or Self-adhesive Vinyl

We offer printing of your product in several variants. Self adhesive paper is a popular option for bottles, jars, and cardboard packaging. It’s worth noting that it’s not water-resistant. The second option is to use self adhesive vinyl films. Polypropylene film is more resistant and, unlike its predecessor, is resistant to water and other liquids. The strongest version is produced from polyesters. It will withstand various challenging conditions, making it waterproof and UV-resistant.

Dimensions And Specifications

The vinyl stickers are wound onto a core, which is a tube made of very rigid cardboard. We offer 5 diameters (25 mm to 76 mm). The minimum label size we’ll produce for your company is 20 x 20 mm. The maximum web width for printing is 320 mm. There’s also an option to round the corners of the self adhesive labels (in the standard version at no additional charge).

• Can I turn a photo into a sticker?

  Yes, a high-resolution photo can be printed onto self-adhesive vinyl and cut to any shape. Simply upload or provide the image, and it can be transformed into a durable, weather-resistant sticker. Glossy or matte finishes are available depending on your preference.

• How long does self-adhesive vinyl last?

  The durability depends on the vinyl type and exposure to sunlight, moisture, or temperature changes. Indoor applications typically last several years, while outdoor use can last from three to seven years with proper installation. Choosing UV-resistant vinyl can extend its lifespan.

• How do I apply self-adhesive vinyl?

  Clean and dry the surface thoroughly before applying. Peel off a small section of the backing paper and carefully position the vinyl, pressing it down gradually to avoid air bubbles. Use a squeegee or soft cloth to smooth it out from the centre toward the edges.

• What is the difference between foil stickers and paper stickers?

  Self-adhesive paper stickers are more economical to produce, but they are not as water-resistant as vinyl stickers. They are unsuitable for use in environments with high humidity. Printed self-adhesive film has high resistance to various external conditions. Paper labels also have low abrasion resistance.
